Chef Jay's (AKA the Wedgeman) opened the Big Wedge in 2015. He may have changed the name but his family recipe is the foundation of every pizza we create. His dedication to quality and his mastery of time-honored techniques that truly sets us apart. Each pizza is hand-tossed, topped with the freshest local ingredients, and baked to perfection.
